What to expect
A great workout and a lot of fun! This workshop will include something for EVERYONE! Foundations are the bases of all moves in silks, when done well the look clean and effortless, getting to this point take hard work, tweaking, expert tips and repetition! So our proclaimed SilksQueen Tazmeen has put to getting a workshop to help you get there. Foundations can be easily overlooked because they are hard ort there is more exciting stuff to practise, this will not be the case with Taz around. She will to crack the whip and get you out of all your bad habits. Taz is here to set you up for seamless climbs, killer hip keys, straight leg inverts, straight arm inverts rock-solid tap-taps and much more!
Workshops are strictly limited to 4 so that you get maximum time on the silks.
All levels welcome as this is FOUNDATIONS FOCUSED and there is always room for improvement.
The workshop goes for 1.5 hrs
Minimum number for the workshop is 2, Aerial movement will contact you via by text message (so please ensure your details are correct on mind-body) on Sunday 6th Oct 6 pm if the workshop is not going ahead and provide you with a refund. Late cancellation after 3pm Sunday will be non-refundable.
These will fill up fast so get in quick!
What should you bring?
Shorts and enthusiasm! The more skin you are comfortable to have out the better, it
helps grip the pole, we just want you to feel confident and comfortable, so if it is your
first time, feel free to wear layers and remove them as you realise how awesome
you are and how friendly and supportive our studio atmosphere is! Feel free to bring
a water bottle, we have water to refill it, plus showers, toilets and coffee! There
is parking out the front and back of the studio yay!
